This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected by Hannill Consulting Group Pty Ltd trading as The Data Gap™ and The Data Gap AI™ ("The Data Gap") (we, us or our) via the website located at https://thedatagap.com.au (Website).

7. Documentation and Response Timeline
We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint as soon as reasonably practicable, usually within 7 business days. Our Privacy Officer will investigate your complaint and maintain records of communications and findings. We aim to investigate and respond to privacy complaints promptly and, in most cases, within 30 days. If additional time is required, we will notify you. Complaint documentation will generally be retained for 12 months following resolution. If the matter requires escalation, our Privacy Officer will review your case, usually within 3 business days of the escalation request.
8. Overseas transfer
At the time of publication of this Privacy Policy, certain website services and technology providers used by The Data Gap may store or process Personal Information outside Australia, including in the United States.
For example, information submitted through website forms may be collected, processed or stored by third-party website hosting and platform providers.
